A very specific task for the group is to deliver a Devon Employment Space Strategy: this is a key output for the current Devon LAA and likely to influence priorities for delivery in the next LAA.
This has been commissioned by the South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA) on behalf of the DEP. The consultants are Cooper Simms and the Infrastructure Task & Finish Group has the role of the ‘steering group’ for this piece of work. There are three stages to the work:

Taking stock of the existing situation (review and gap analysis)

Determining where added value can be achieved (options and analysis)

Preparation of an implementation plan for the delivery of interventions required (solutions)
