Outset Torbay is a fully-funded programme which started in September 2010 with the aim of supporting under-represented enterprise groups to start their own businesses. They pride themselves on offering flexible, high quality and practical support in a really supportive environment, and delivered in the community.

Their Outset programmes have helped thousands of people unlock their potential and work for themselves.  Their doors are open to everyone, particularly women, BME, unemployed, disabled, young people and the over 50s, and those living in deprived wards.
